Pheasant Hunts All of our pheasant hunts are 3 days and 4 nights. You arrive the evening before your hunt begins, then hunt for 3 days, departing after a light breakfast on the fourth morning. New for 2008 We have applied for and received our preserve license which will allow us to add two additional hunts. These 2 hunts will be the first 2 hunts of the season (1st and 2nd weekends in October). The 3rd weekend of October is the Regular Season Opener. If you've always wanted to hunt opening weekend in South Dakota but could never find an opening, this is your chance. #1 - First weekend of October - $1,595 per hunter + 5% SD sales tax #2 - Second weekend of October - $1,495 per hunter + 5% SD sales tax Arrive Thursday evening, hunt Friday, Saturday, Sunday and depart Monday morning. Regular season hunts start the third Saturday in October and go into January. Regular season pheasant hunts - $1,395 per hunter + 5% SD sales tax December pheasant hunts ... $1,195 per hunter + 5% SD sales tax Note: Private Party Hunts (no other hunters at the lodge) would require a minimum charge for 8 hunters and a 50% deposit (non-refundable after June 1). Privately Guided Hunts would require an additional charge of $1,000 per group. A deposit of 30% is required and non-refundable after June 1. All pheasant hunts include airport pickup at Huron airport, if needed, 4 nights lodging, 3 days hunting, all meals, bird processing, guide and dog. Arrangements can be made for airport pickup at the Sioux Falls airport through local limo service if needed. Rates are very reasonable. Archery Deer or Coyote Hunts Same price as pheasant hunts - however, if you are here hunting pheasants and would like to hunt deer or coyotes, there is no extra charge unless you shoot a deer. Off Season Hunts - January through March Off season hunts - $1,495 + 5% SD sales tax (2 days, 2 nights per couple) All-inclusive with complete privacy to hunt whatever is in season: rabbit, pheasant, squirrel, coyote, geese, etc. or just kick back, relax and enjoy the surroundings for 2 days with just you and your spouse or friend.
