Welcome to Mitchell Regional Habitat for Humanity! Our mission is to provide simple, decent, affordable housing for responsible families in Davison and Hanson counties.

We are affiliated with Habitat for Humanity International, which has built more than 150,000 houses for 750,000 people around the world since its founding in 1976 by Millard and Linda Fuller. Over 2,000 HFHI affiliates are now at work in 87 countries and in all 50 United States. South Dakota's 14 affiliates alone have built nearly 200 homes!

Established in March 2001, Mitchell Regional Habitat for Humanity completed its first home in January 2003. Our second home is now underway on South Kimball Street in Mitchell.

We need your support, and we invite you to partner with us! Your time, talents, abilities, and resources can help us make a difference! We are currently seeking volunteers to serve on our board and our committees, to assist us with construction, or to serve in other ways. Your financial contributions and donations of land, building materials, and equipment are also welcomed.
