South Dakota
Association of Cooperatives
is a statewide organization that welds all types of cooperatives into
a united force.
The primary function
of SDAC is to organize, coordinate and promote programs and ideas that
will develop a favorable political, public, administrative and economic
environment to enable cooperatives to serve their members.
It is difficult to
evaluate the importance of having a trade association working for you.
While we can point to many reversals of rules and legislation, of greater
importance is when SDAC helps guide legislation and regulations before
they are introduced.
Being in the right
place at the right time for the cooperatives of this state is what SDAC
is all about.

Cooperatives are an
important contributor to the economy in South Dakota. Membership in SDAC
connects your cooperative to a powerful, grassroots cooperative network.
Through the South Dakota Association of Cooperatives, cooperatives of
all types are able to accomplish goals they could not otherwise achieve
on their own.
SDAC's members and
board of directors are very proud of the past accomplishments and would
like to take this opportunity to encourage your cooperative's support
and participation.
