The 2005-06 Building Trades Class, with the help of Lowell Perman and Mark Van Overschelde, constructed a house behind the Sanborn Central School. An auction to sell the completed house was held on Sunday, May 7 at 1:30 p.m. The house sold to a couple from Wessington, South Dakota for $80,000.00.
