Philosophy of Homework All work is usually completed during the class day. Homework will be given most Fridays and will be written on the class newsletter. Homework during the week will usually be limited to studying spelling words or for tests. Occasionally, if a child is having difficulty in one specific area, they may have practice activities to do at home. Grading Policy Grading is done on a percentage basis. Tests and daily grades are weighted evenly. Schedule We will take a spelling test every Friday, unless we have a shortened week. In that case, children will be told verbally when to expect the test. Study guides will be sent home for Science and Social Studies tests. Contact Information You may call me at school at 495-4183.
