Training Horses - 2007

Pictured below are the Freshmen Ag I class members with their class project horse named Doc. Doc is 15 months old. He is a registered quarter horse which they started training in September. Today the class worked with Doc on trailering, tying, ground reining, handling his feet, bridling and accepting the saddle blanket. The class will work with this horse throughout the school year and by the end of May they will have Doc trained to ride.
